Moriasio Investments Ltd is a Cyprus real estate development company with investments in Cyprus, Eastern Europe and South Africa. The developer together with a private investor have developed and built a unique project - Finikis Terraces.

Finikis Terraces was designed by the architectural firm of Sonia Papaevripiadou, trained as a qualified architect in South Africa. Sonya specializes in luxury private residences, and she was specifically chosen to design this particular building. She was able to bring exclusivity and luxury into an apartment building.

The final result proves this - each apartment stands separately as a private house - the apartments are spacious, the bedrooms have bathrooms, there is plenty of space for closets, high ceilings, private pools, large terraces, lots of greenery, the correct location of the building with large openings in the south and smaller in the north, a perforated facade to protect from the strong sun in the east and west of the building, as well as openings from north to south for all apartments to cool the premises in hot summer. A lot of energy and determination was invested in the design of Finikis terraces, and the result turned out to be unique!
