The investment structure is based on financing confirmed purchase orders from tier-1 clients. The Company manages full execution — including manufacturing, delivery, and warranty — while the investor participates in the financial return.

Return - Fixed profit participation (25% of Gross Profit), retained upfront
Duration - Short-term, typically 2–9 months
Repayment - Unconditional obligation of the Company, independent of client payment timing
Payment Mechanism- Client payments redirected to the investor within 3 business days
