The hotel is located in the center of a mountain village. It consists of the main building, which is located on four levels (ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors), as well as another building on its north side, which is connected to the main building and has a basement, ground floor, mezzanine and 1st floor/backyard.
• Building A (main)
It is a traditional stone building with a wooden roof covered with ceramic tiles. The building was renovated/expanded in 2010 and consists on the ground floor of a welcome area, a living room and a living room with a bar. The building expands to three floors, having a total of twenty-seven (27) rooms, of which twenty-five (25) are registered with the Cyprus Tourism Organization (C.T.O). The rooms have a similar layout and consist of one (1) bedroom, toilet/shower and veranda. The building has ceramic tile floors, central heating, fire extinguishing and fire detection systems, as well as air conditioning in sixteen (16) rooms.
• Housing In
This building is connected to the main building (A) on the north side, it has a conventional structure with a frame of reinforced concrete and brickwork and was built in 2010. This building consists of a basement, one large open space for a restaurant/cafe, women's/men's toilets, a kitchen and an elevator leading to the bedrooms. The mezzanine consists of staff bedrooms, and on the 1st floor there is a cafeteria dining area. The ground floor consists of a boiler room and seven (7) covered parking spaces.
