Constantinou Bros Properties PLC was founded by two brothers Andreas and Agathoklis Constantinou in 1979. The company started with the construction of commercial offices, shops and residential apartments projects in Paphos. It later on expanded into constructing a number of leisure hotels and it currently manages its own hotel chain in Paphos, operating four luxury hotels.
The company has also developed a wide range of luxury residential villa and apartment projects in the Paphos region and offers a complete architectural and design service for discerning home buyers looking for a holiday home, for permanent residential use or simply for investment purposes.

Constantinou Bros Properties PLC has built over 220 centrally located shops, 320 quality apartments and more than 1000 luxury villas. Around 200 plots of land have been divided and sold.
Over 70% of the property existing on the sea front of the tourist and commercial area of Paphos with hundreds of apartments and shops, as well as, luxury villas with pools and landscaped gardens .
The current company projects areAsimina Park, Konia Hills, Konia Panorama, Konia Sunset, Konia Modern Luxury Residences, Georgos Complex and our Konia Luxury Houses. However, there are more projects pending to be released which are currently under study.
