Brief history of the company:
In 1991, Savvas Kakos founded Savvas Kakos and Associates, Ltd. The company provided design and construction services to clients throughout the Republic of Cyprus. Soon thereafter the company marched into the international marketplace, wh ere it became known for the optimisation of revolving project ideas and the implementation of system management to create ongoing value for its clients.
Today, Quality Property Developments is a premier company in its field and is considered to be one of the finest and most active property development companies in the Eastern Mediterranean.
2019

- Construction begins for Q Scala, a 5-storey luxury residential building
- Delivery of Latitudes project consisting of villas, apartments, shops and offices
- Construction begins for UCLan Phase 2 students’ nest accommodation
- Ground work for QN Kition begins
2018
- Construction begins for “The Q” the first high-end commercial development of the Central Business District of Larnaca (CBDL)
- Delivery of Radisson Blu Hotel Larnaca, the first true business hotel in Cyprus
- Delivery of QBlu Plaza, the most upscale luxury shopping, comfort dining and exclusive events venue in Cyprus.

- Best Western Zenon - Project release
- Development process for QN Kition commences
- Release of Salt Lake City - Larnaca, one of the largest mixed-use developments in Cyprus
2017
- Planning and development of the first Central Business District (CBD) of Cyprus.
- Release of QN Kition, the most luxurious beachfront residential 23-floor tower in Larnaka. Planned to be delivered in 2021.
2016
- Delivery of Quality City Centre – An innovative mixed-use project in the city centre
- Cooperation with Link Design Architects, one of the largest architectural design companies in China, for the design of QN Kition, a landmark 23 floor beachfront development.
