Company Nicos Christou Developments

Since 1989, Nicos Christou Developments Ltd has grown, expanded and diversified, but remains true to its core philosophy: product quality, customer service, responsibility to society and reasonable planning for the future. Between 1960 and 1974, Mr. Nikos Christou successfully managed his own construction company in Famagusta. In 1974, together with other partners, he created a large tourism, development and construction organization. Looking to the future, in 1989 he founded the company Nicos Christou Developments Ltd. In 1998, the company Nicos Christou S.A. was founded in Greece, whose main goal was the development and construction of both residential and commercial projects. With more than 40 successful projects in Cyprus and Greece, the organization retains the experience and know-how for the design and construction of residential, commercial and industrial buildings of the highest quality. The company is licensed by the Council for Registration and Control of Construction Contractors and is a member of SEOL (Limassol Construction Contractors Association).
