NEMA was founded in 1983 by two long-time friends, Marios Neofitou and Demetris Mavromoustakos, who shared views in a common passion: the construction sector. Their enthusiasm and hard work helped them to create a well-known and respected construction and development company M.Neophytou & D.Mavromoustakos Ltd.

Specializing in the construction and development sector, NEMA implements its projects in Cyprus and, mainly, in Limassol. The members of the company are proud to be one of the leading companies of this kind in Cyprus. With experience since 1983, the professional team designs, coordinates, supervises and executes all types of projects, from luxury villas and residential buildings to luxury office blocks, large industrial buildings, public schools, etc.
