We are pleased to present the acquisition of a company owning a fully operational food production facility strategically located in the Alampra Industrial Area, offering excellent connectivity to Cyprus' major highway network and key logistics routes.

A significant advantage of the facility is its fully integrated stainless-steel fluid distribution network, installed throughout the production areas and designed for efficient food and beverage processing. Combined with the extensive range of professionally maintained production equipment, the factory provides a turnkey solution for immediate operation and future expansion.

The factory currently produces fresh and concentrated juices as well as Ayran dairy products and holds all required food production and dairy processing licenses. The facility also offers the potential to obtain a Halloumi production license, which may qualify the operation for government support and grant programs.

Current production utilizes approximately 30% of the facility's capacity, providing substantial room for growth without significant additional capital expenditure.

The transaction is structured through the acquisition of company shares and will be transferred free of liabilities and obligations, including the existing client base and established operational infrastructure.
