For a month, the new Ayia Napa Marina has turned into a large Christmas Village with a very 'heavy' schedule.
From December 4 to December 30, kids and adults will have a unique opportunity to visit an unforgettable event full of Christmas magic.
A series of winter festivities in Ayia Napa Marina began with the lighting of the Christmas Tree and the opening ceremony of the Christmas Village on Sunday, December 4, at 17.30.
The event was attended by the President of the House of Representatives of Cyprus, Annita Demetriou, as well as church representatives, mayors, parliament members of controlled areas of Famagusta, and other officials.
Holiday fair, games, dances, music, theatrical performances, snow show and, of course, Santa Claus with gifts were among the surprises prepared by the organizers for the guests of the marina.
Aiming to bring smiles to children and adults alike, Ayia Napa Marina will offer the perfect setting to entertain the whole family and create unforgettable Christmas memories by the sea. If you want to have a great time in good company, then be sure to check out the Christmas Village on the territory of Ayia Napa Marina.
As you may remember, Ayia Napa Marina is a very elite residential complex - resort, located on the southeast coast of Cyprus.
Currently, two 26-storey residential complexes are being actively erected on the project site: the East Tower and the West Tower, both with panoramic sea views. The high rises will be over 100 meters high.
There are also 35 luxury beachfront villas nearing completion in the Ayia Napa Marina complex.
The project includes 3 villa complexes with private moorings or access to the beach. Among them are:
- Island Villas - 12 villas (3, 4 or 5 bedrooms) on an artificial island with berths. These unique homes are designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows to provide owners with natural light and stunning views of the area. They are built to the highest aesthetic standards, with carefully crafted interiors, excellent materials, and equipment to provide owners with a comfortable indoor and outdoor life.
- Peninsula Marina Villas - 12 villas (3 bedrooms). They occupy the eastern shore of an artificial peninsula, combining the convenience of a beachfront location with the freedom of sea travel from a courtyard pier, providing unobstructed sea views. The large glass area of the villas and the modern open plan will allow their owners to literally let the surrounding nature into the house.
- Beach Villas - 11 villas (3, 4 or 5 bedrooms). They are located on the western coast of the artificial peninsula. The owners of the villas will have exclusive access to the magnificent sandy beach, created especially for the residents of the complex.
In addition, the Ayia Napa Marina will host yachts up to 65m long. Also, there is a 4-level dry dock for yachts up to 10m long. The owner of each yacht will be able to check its fuel level, water and electricity consumption online.
Guests of the marina can take advantage of the new car park, which is very close to the Event Center building and all other services. The parking lot has four floors and can accommodate more than 550 cars.
The Ayia Napa Marina project is the embodiment of the dream and vision of two partners - Cypriot entrepreneur Gerasimos Caramondanis and Egyptian investor Naguib Sawiris. The businessmen have joined their forces to develop a long-term strategic plan to set new standards in the construction of luxury waterfront residential complexes for yachting enthusiasts.
