Thirty five luxury seafront villas are nearing completion as part of the ambitious Ayia Napa Marina project.
The developer announced recently that the first tenants will get the keys to their mansions as early as June 2021. Workers are now making tremendous efforts to stay on schedule.
By the way, the final date for the completion of the entire Ayia Napa Marina project is set for February 2021. Those, who wish to visit the new marina, will be able to come in in early March.
As you may know, Ayia Napa Marina is the first and only marina project in the southeastern region of Cyprus.
The project is the embodiment of the dreams and intentions of two partners, Cypriot businessman Gerasimos Karamondanis and Egyptian investor Naguib Sawiris. The businessmen have joined their forces to develop a long-term strategic plan to set new standards for luxury coastal yachting developments.
In addition to marinas and commercial properties, the project includes 3 villa complexes with private marinas or beach access. Among them:
- Island Villas complex of 12 villas on an artificial island with berths. It is 3, 4 or 5 bedroom mansions. These unique homes are designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows providing natural light and stunning views of the marina. They are built to the highest aesthetic standards, with carefully thought-out interiors, excellent materials and equipment, which provide owners with a comfortable indoor and outdoor life.
- Peninsula Marina Villas complex of 12 villas. It is 3-bedroom mansions that occupy the eastern shore of the man-made peninsula, combining the convenience of beachfront accommodation and the freedom of sailing from a dock in the courtyard, providing unobstructed sea views. The large glass area of the villas and the modern open plan allow their owners to literally let the surrounding nature into the house.
- Beach Villas complex of 11 villas. It is comfortable 3, 4 or 5 bedroom mansions. The complex occupies the western coast of an artificial peninsula. Villa owners have exclusive access to a magnificent sandy beach, created especially for the residents of the complex.
All villas are designed in the same elegant minimalist architectural style.
The outer laconic aesthetics of the building structure strengthen the emphasis on expensive, natural materials and ideally lines. When designing buildings, preference was given primarily to functionality, convenience, and comfort.
The project's team of architects set themselves the task of combining old and new elements. Historic architecture may have its own charm, but modern architecture has the ability to inspire.
