I have a big annex to my house on the ground floor and a pergola on top of it.

I have a big annex to my house on the ground floor and a pergola on top of it. Where should I go to legalize the annex and are there any chances that they will accept my request? I have the title.

Перед строительством пристройки, нужны было сначала обратиться к архитектору и выяснить, можно ли еще что-то достраивать.  Сейчас обратитесь в свой муниципалитет, у них есть штатный инженер. Он все посмотрит и расскажет.
