The project is located in the popular area of Pernera, between Kapparis and the center of the tourist resort Protaras. Located in the central part of Pernera, the Saint Nicolas Villas project offers direct access to all areas of Protaras and the award-winning blue flag beaches of the area. It is also just a few minutes from the city center of Paralimni, where the mall and all the public services of the Famagusta area are located.

Saint Nicolas Villas consists of 21, 3 and 4 bedroom residences, which are distinguished by high aesthetics and design. Each residence is built in such a way as to provide privacy, and has a private pool, garden, parking space and a roof garden with views of the magical sunsets of Protaras.

The interior of each residence is designed with attention to detail and meets the latest design trends. The minimalist interior combined with natural materials and earthy tones creates an atmosphere of tranquility, perfectly in harmony with the Protaras area.

In addition to refined and high-quality materials, each residence offers its residents practicality and comfort and meets the needs of a modern lifestyle, regardless of whether they choose it for permanent residence or for recreation.

The group of 21 houses is surrounded by a large green area, which creates a sense of proximity to nature, despite the fact that the project is located only 200 meters from the center of Pernera. An area with dozens of restaurants, bars, cafes and entertainment venues, many of which are open all year round.

In addition, the location of the house gives its residents direct access to the motorway that connects the area with the rest of Cyprus. This makes the project ideal both for permanent residence and as a holiday home so that its residents can enjoy it all year round. Less than 1 km from the project is the Paralimni Marina, which, when completed in 2024, will further improve the area, making it an ideal place to relax.
