Kensington Residences are a club house complex designed in the classic colonial style of Cypriot / European architecture.

The project consists of 42 residences with two, three and four bedrooms. Living rooms and bedrooms of the apartments are much larger than those of standard apartments in Cyprus.

The façade is richly decorated with columns with balustrades, frames for windows and doors, decorative elements made of natural stone.

The open balconies are fenced with wrought iron railings. The side supports of the balconies are made in a classic style and are the decoration of the entire building.

The semicircular bay windows and massive pediment add additional elegance to the composition. The project has a Class B Energy Efficiency Certificate, the highest class for buildings of this type.

The complex has a fitness club, swimming pool and sauna. Convenient parking spaces are provided for each tenant.
