In Nicosia, construction is progressing rapidly on the Downtown Stasikratous Residences tower.
On Tuesday, July 11th, the development company shared fresh photos from the construction site. Currently, the workers are pouring the foundation for the future underground parking. The company noted that all work is proceeding according to the established schedule, without any delays.
Downtown Stasikratous Residences will be located in the heart of Nicosia, on Stasikratous Street.
The building will have 26 floors, with a total height of 104 meters. The upper levels of the skyscraper will feature luxurious 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, while the lower floors will house commercial spaces for elite boutiques. Each apartment will have a modern design, high-quality finishes, and thoughtful layout. In addition, apartment owners will have access to a designated parking space and storage room.
