May 28 2020 the Municipality of Nicosia announced about extended the deadline for paying the municipal property tax.
All citizens were allowed to make a payment of the due date to July 31, 2020. After this data, there will be an extra 10% charged, as a penalty.
Payments can be made at the Municipality, on the following address: 13 Palias Ilektrikis Street, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am - 14:30 pm., or online at the Municipality website.
Cyprus municipality property tax - is an annual fee for garbage collection, street cleaning and etc. The tax rate depends on the property cost and area. Since 2017, the cost calculated according to the 2013 estimated prices.
