The construction of Amarande has been completed in Ayia Napa.
The luxurious adults-only hotel will open its doors to its first visitors as early as next Monday, July 19th. This was announced by the management of the new hotel complex.
The new Amarande Hotel combines elegance, comfort, minimalism and a sophisticated modern architectural approach.
It should be noted that the hotel will operate on the basis of the former Bella Napa Bay hotel. As it turned out, the hotel chain Bella Napa Hotels carried out a complete modernization of the existing building. The company added an additional fifth floor to the hotel, increasing the number of rooms from 143 to 168.
The new hotel will now offer 157 deluxe rooms, five signature suites, a penthouse and five prestigious swim-up suites. In addition, the lobby area, terraces, and a restaurant have been expanded in the building. The hotel has a new pool and spa center. There are also restaurants, a pool bar and a lounge bar.
The project cost is estimated at 15 million euros.
The general manager of the hotel was Andreas Christodoulides, who has extensive experience in managing 5-star hotels in Cyprus and Greece.
