In the second capital of Cyprus - Limassol, a very unusual building will soon appear, the main feature of which should be spacious terraces and vertical gardens.
Recently, CLELIA HATZIOANNOU & VM ESTATES LTD submitted a plan for a new residential skyscraper called Clelia Tower to the Cyprus Department of Environment.
The project involves the construction of a 19-storey high-rise building in one of the most prestigious areas of the city - Agios Tychonas. The southern end of the site is next to the coastal Amathus Avenue, and the northern and eastern ones are connected to roads, the construction of which has not yet been completed.
The building will be 75.3 meters high.
Clelia Tower is a project for real estate investment in Cyprus. It will house apartments with an average area of 100 m2.
In total, the building will have 26 luxury apartments. Potential buyers will be able to obtain 2-, 3-, 4-bedroom apartments, as well as a luxurious 5-bedroom penthouse on the top floor.
According to the release, the complex will also include:
- private pool
- private gym
- yoga / pilates room
- tennis court
- room for children
- underground parking for 41 cars
- mechanical rooms
- sauna and steam bath
- outdoor recreation area.
Construction work on the project is expected to begin in May 2021. Delivery of the facility is scheduled for the end of 2023.
The estimated cost of the project is 11 million euros.
It is worth noting that despite the closure of the investment program, as well as the coronavirus pandemic, local developers continue to build skyscrapers in the city. So this is the second such project in the last week. Earlier, the development company Property Gallery announced that it was starting construction of the Dasoudi Residence in Limassol. It is possible that this trend is associated with the recent amendments to the provision of permanent residence in Cyprus, thanks to which it has become much easier to become a resident of the country.
