Apartments in the luxury Ayia Napa Marina development are now available to rent as well as to buy.
This was announced by the developer on Thursday 30th May.
With a wide range of luxury apartments in the East Tower available for short or long-term rental, locals and tourists can enjoy an unforgettable holiday experience. Tenants will be able to choose from 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with modern design, furnishings, and panoramic sea views. Key amenities offered to tenants include breakfast and daily housekeeping.
They also have access to private parking, a pool terrace, and a gym. In addition, tenants can take advantage of special discounts with the restaurants and shops in the marina's shopping area, which are literally at their feet. Finally, they can swim and relax by the sea at the marina beach, just a stone's throw from the East Tower.
Ayia Napa Marina is an exclusive integrated resort on the southeast coast of Cyprus.
Currently under construction is a 26-storey complex with stunning panoramic sea views. It will be over 100 meters high. Workers are expected to start the construction of the second tower soon.
It should be noted that the Ayia Napa Marina Residential Tower was recently included in the list of the 32 most unusual and difficult buildings in the world. As for the marina itself, 35 luxury beach villas are part of the grand project. Among them:
