A Cypriot investor bought a plot for the amount of €1.2 million in the Center of Nicosia though the electronic auction process of G&P Lazarou.
These are essentially two plots of 905 m2 on Heras street in Nicosia.
The plots are located at a distance of 70 m from the Stasinou Avenue and 180 m from the roundabout of Ohi and one of the most beautiful building in Cyprus - Tower 25.
The plots are located in the commercial zone with a building factor of 200% and coverage of 60%, which allows the construction of a six-storey building with a maximum height of 24 m.
According to information from InBusinessNews, the investor who bought the property will build a mixed-use building, which will consist of luxury apartments, offices, and shops.
