Medicine in Cyprus is considered one of the best among the EU countries.
Many foreign citizens fly to the island for various medical services. Almost all the doctors on the island were educated abroad and therefore perfectly speak English. Some of them speak German and Russian. At the same time, the healthcare sector in Cyprus is constantly evolving. Modern technologies appear, new clinics open.
So recently it became known that in the southeastern part of Nicosia, in the Latsia region, a new private clinic called HARMONY will be built.
The developer has submitted a study to the Department of Environment regarding the construction and operation of a medical facility.
The project cost is estimated at EUR €1.2 million.

According to the release, the area of the new 2-storey clinic will be 628 m2.
The ground floor of the building will house:
- reception;
- sanitary facilities;
- doctor's offices,
- septic department,
- kitchen
- rooms for examination and treatment of patients.
The first floor of the building will house:
- two-bed wards for inpatient treatment;
- operating unit;
- hygiene rooms;
- kitchen.
In addition, the project provides for a basement with a parking lot for 10 cars, including one for people with disabilities.
Access to the new clinic will be carried out from two points on Dimitri Stavrou Street.
The new project aims to expand the services / opportunities provided to the residents of Nicosia and Cyprus in the health sector.
