Construction of a new residential complex, Cape Town Lofts, began in Nicosia.
This was announced on Thursday, February 17, by the commercial director of the local branch of Prime Property Group, Pantelis Megalemos.
According to the release, a modern residential complex Cape Town Lofts will appear in the very center of the capital of Cyprus, just 200 meters from the European University of Cyprus and about 1.5 km from the University of Nicosia.
