In the heart of rapidly developing Limassol, at the intersection of two key transport arteries — Paphos Avenue and Omonias Avenue — construction is beginning on a project that promises to become a new focal point for both residents and visitors. Development company Solidves Ltd has announced the construction of a new multifunctional complex.
The architectural bureau Eraclis Papachristou Architects designed a project that will organically integrate two visually connected buildings into the city skyline. The main philosophy behind the complex is to provide users not simply with square meters, but with high-quality spatial experiences that directly influence quality of life and productivity.
Green Architecture and Smart Bioclimatic Design: How It Works
The project stands out for its strong focus on both environmental sustainability and human comfort. Imagine a 165-meter-long green zone covering around 5,000 square meters stretching along busy Omonias Avenue. This landscaped area will serve as the “lungs” of the neighborhood while connecting the two main buildings.
The residential tower has been designed with a sloping geometry — its structure narrows toward the top, reducing shadows on neighboring buildings while opening panoramic sea views. Horizontal pergolas, shading systems, and extensive greenery create a complete bioclimatic environment. Meanwhile, the 72-meter office tower will be protected by an intelligent “shell” of horizontal and vertical canopies that shield the building from intense sunlight without blocking natural light. The architects intentionally introduced these lines into the urban skyline so that the new geometry could become a signature element of Limassol.
What’s Inside: From Private Lobbies to Coffee on the Tenth Floor
The multifunctional complex will offer a synergy of living, working, and leisure. The residential section will include 75 apartments spread across 15 floors. Every resident will have access to private underground parking with dedicated drop-off areas. An exclusive podium zone for residents will include relaxation areas, a modern fitness center, a business lounge, and an unusually shaped elliptical swimming pool. The pool area will be surrounded by a green roof, creating a unique microclimatic space completely isolated from urban noise.
The office tower will rise across 16 floors. It will also feature its own lobby and private gym, while an intermediate tenth floor will house a café-restaurant — an ideal location for networking and business lunches overlooking the city.

A Retail Street and a Record Number of Parking Spaces
A major emphasis has been placed on the commercial component of the project. The Paphos Avenue level will accommodate retail premises with separate parking spaces, making the complex highly attractive for businesses and shoppers alike. In total, the development will provide 500 parking spaces — far exceeding Cyprus legislative requirements. Of these, 74 spaces will be located on the ground floor, while 436 will be housed in a spacious underground parking facility. This approach addresses one of the biggest challenges of any large city: finding parking will no longer be a headache for residents or visitors.
An Elevated Terrace and Spaces Designed for Living
The project’s main “highlight” is the philosophical concept of an “elevated plateau.” The podium level has been designed as an open-air gathering and activity space. There will be no feeling of concrete urban density here. According to the architects, the project is intended not merely to create a functional building, but to generate new visual experiences that enrich the city environment. Such spatial solutions form the foundation for a high quality of both residential and working life.
The new complex is expected to become a major asset for both Limassol residents and investors seeking modern, environmentally conscious, and thoughtfully designed properties in one of Cyprus’s fastest-growing cities. This is not simply real estate — it is a future symbol of the district.
