On Friday, November 26, the Cyprus Department of Environment issued a construction permit for a new multi-storey residential complex Plus 21 in Larnaca.
According to the release, Laday Ltd in cooperation with Island Beach Development Ltd will erect an 8-storey building of a height of 30.45 m in the city.
The complex has 2 blocks for 37 apartments: 9 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom and 8 three-bedroom. There is also a spacious underground parking for 37 cars and a communal swimming pool with a relaxation area.
A distinctive feature of the complex will be that the apartments on the ground floor will have a private garden, and the penthouses will have a private lounge area and swimming pools.
Plus 21 will appear at the intersection of Goethe and Franz Schubert Streets, about 350 m east of the salt lake of Larnaca, 800 m north of the airport and just 80 m from the sea and Mackenzie Beach.
The building area will be 2,296 m2.
It is worth noting that the land plot falls into the urban zone Ka3, the building coefficient of which is 1.40:1, the coverage coefficient is 0.50:1, and the maximum number of floors is 4.
The companies conducted an Environmental Impact Assessment (MEEP) Study, from which it follows that there are no special species of flora and fauna near the new complex.
The preliminary cost of the project is estimated at 5 million euros.
