The Palmiers

The Palmiers is a modern four—storey residential complex located in the Kato Paphos area, just 500 meters from the beach. The complex was built in 2021 and is a gated community with a communal area, swimming pool and reception.

The complex has nine two-bedroom apartments on the first, second and third floors, as well as a three-bedroom penthouse on the fourth floor. Each apartment has an internal area of 81 m2 and a covered veranda of 24 m2, is fully furnished and equipped with household appliances, has sea views and covered parking.

The penthouse has an internal area of 120 m2, a covered veranda of 20 m2 and a spacious private roof garden of 158 m2 with a private pool and sea views.

All apartments have underfloor heating from a heat pump and an individual VRV air conditioning system. Marble, ceramics and wood were used in the decoration, Italian kitchens and plumbing were installed, aluminum windows with double glazing.

Due to its location near the sea and the necessary infrastructure, the complex is suitable for both comfortable living and investment use.
