Amelia Bay

Residential complex in the area of Kissonerga, Paphos. The complex consists of only 10 villas in a gated community. The villas are located in a prime location, 100 meters from the beach, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the newly opened marina in Paphos.

Each modern villa includes a double garage with electric shutters, a storage room, a spacious garden with a summer kitchen, a changing room with shower/toilet, a heated 10 x 5 m swimming pool on a large plot. The living areas have an open floor plan that is spacious and functional.

The project also includes solar panels, a high-pressure pump and a 4 kW photovoltaic panel to reduce energy costs. The villas are equipped with outdoor cameras with sensors covering all corners of the villa and the entrance, for added comfort and security.
