ZIO Apartments

ZIO Apartments is a chamber residential complex in the area of Mesa Geitonia, Limassol, consisting of only 4 modern residences. The project combines modern architecture, privacy, energy efficiency and comfort for permanent residence. All apartments have a spacious open-plan living room, covered verandas, a private parking space with preparation for charging an electric vehicle and a separate storage room. The complex is built using modern energy-efficient technologies: facade with thermal insulation, aluminum windows with thermal break and double glazing, solar water heating system, video intercom and elevator. Split air conditioning systems are provided in all apartments, and a underfloor heating system and a heat pump are additionally installed in two-room apartments for maximum comfort. High-quality materials are used in the decoration: parquet in the bedrooms, ceramic tiles in living rooms and bathrooms, as well as marble trim elements in common areas and on individual architectural elements of the building.
