The new residential complex, located in Pera Chorio, Nicosia, is designed with high standards and built to ensure maximum comfort and sustainability. The building is built on a single foundation, which guarantees a solid and durable foundation. The building's frame is made of reinforced concrete, which ensures the stability and durability of the complex. The exterior walls are made of thermal insulation bricks with a thickness of 25 cm, which provides excellent thermal insulation. The interior walls are 10 cm thick. Inside the building, three layers of plaster are applied, followed by one layer of primer and three layers of paint, which ensures a smooth and durable surface. To increase energy efficiency, the exterior walls will be insulated with 8 cm thick polystyrene, which will be covered with reinforcing mesh and a finishing layer of white plaster. Each apartment will be pre-equipped with air conditioning systems to ensure a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year.
