Nice Era

A new residential building located in the center of Nicosia. The shape of buildings and structural elements are characterized by their materiality. The building consists of six floors and 14 apartments. All apartments have energy efficiency class A’ with low CO2 emissions, environmentally friendly. A water underfloor heating system with a high energy class VRV electrical system is installed in each apartment. High-quality building materials are used in the construction.
