Ghinis - the building offers office space, which includes a reception area, 12 office spaces of various sizes, a meeting room, a kitchen, a server room, a storage room for cleaning equipment, two bathrooms, corridors and auxiliary rooms.

The layout includes workrooms with an area of approximately 7 m2 to 23 m2, which makes it convenient to accommodate several departments or independent offices. Inside, there are reception areas and a separate kitchen for staff.

The building is equipped with an engineering infrastructure for full-fledged office work, including a server room, a large number of electrical outlets and RJ45 network points for Internet connection, as well as a modern lighting system with ceiling lights and LED lighting.

Carpets and porcelain stoneware are used in the decoration of the premises, the walls are made with decorative plaster and painting, and glass partitions on an aluminum profile with energy-efficient double-glazed windows are used, which creates a modern and functional office space.

The layout was developed by the architectural company ARCHI COMM as part of a working design of office space, which ensures a well-thought-out organization of workplaces and a convenient structure of premises for administrative activities.
