Clelia Tower

The project involves the construction of a 19-storey high-rise in one of the most prestigious areas of the city – Agios Tikhonas. By the way, the southern end of the site is adjacent to the coastal avenue of Amatus, and the northern and eastern - to public roads, the construction of which has not yet been completed. The height of the building will be 75.3 meters.

Clelia Tower is a project designed for investment in real estate in Cyprus. It will house apartments with an average area of 100 m2. In total, the building will consist of 26 luxury apartments. Potential buyers will be given a choice of 2-, 3-, 4-bedroom apartments, as well as a luxurious 5-bedroom penthouse on the top floor.

According to the release, the complex will also include:
