Recently, construction commenced at the site of the new Garden Corner Residence project.

This 4-story building is being erected in the prestigious Aradippou district, not far from the Metropolis Mall shopping center and less than 3 km from Blue Flag-rated beaches. It will consist of eight 2-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 100 m2 to 150 m2.

In the immediate vicinity of the future residential complex, there are schools, nurseries, supermarkets, shops, educational centers, and clinics - all the necessary infrastructure for comfortable living. The development site is also easily accessible from major highways leading to Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, and Famagusta.

Interestingly, the company has already sold 90% of the apartments in the building, with only a few units remaining.

The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2025.
