Construction of Garden Corner Residence Begins in Larnaca

Larnaca continues to be adorned with beautiful, modern residential complexes.

Recently, construction commenced at the site of the new Garden Corner Residence project.

This 4-story building is being erected in the prestigious Aradippou district, not far from the Metropolis Mall shopping center and less than 3 km from Blue Flag-rated beaches. It will consist of eight 2-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 100 m2 to 150 m2.

Each floor will house only two apartments, ensuring maximum privacy for future owners. Additionally, occupants of the fourth-floor apartments will have access to the roof, where a roof garden and barbecue area will be provided. From the cozy lounge area, there will be a panoramic view of the surrounding area.

The Garden Corner Residence project was entirely designed by a professional team of architects, engineers, and interior designers.

Interestingly, the company has already sold 90% of the apartments in the building, with only a few units remaining.

The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2025.
