The renovated Palm Beach Hotel & Bungalows in Larnaca will open its doors to guests in early 2026.
This was recently announced by the Israeli company Pillar Enterprises Ltd, which acquired the hotel complex four years ago.
- According to the investor, the hotel will have 164 comfortable rooms after the completion of all works. Recall that the hotel modernization project was developed by the architectural firm Skordas Design Studio. In turn, Psaras Constructions was entrusted with the transformation of the hotel into a 5-star resort. The project includes:
- Construction of a 9-storey Seabreeze residential tower with 56 apartments
- Construction of an underground garage with 214 parking spaces
- Construction of a 4-story apartment building with 20 luxury condominium apartments
- Construction of an open-air restaurant in the hotel garden
- Renovation of the swimming pools for adults and children
- Expansion of the hotel restaurant, renovation of the café and bar
- Renovation and refurbishment of existing bungalows
- Opening of a modern spa
- Improvement of green areas
- Creation of a children's playground
Pillar Enterprises Ltd. has determined that a significant number of units in the Seabreeze high-rise have already been sold.
The apartments purchased include one, two and three bedroom units. The investors are confident that their project will contribute to the improvement of Larnaca's tourist attractiveness.
It should be noted that the Oroklini area has been actively developed recently. Last year, a new Mercure Hotel was opened there. Next to the Palm Beach Hotel & Bungalows, a 5-star Radisson Beach Resort is already in operation and will welcome its first guests in October 2023. And construction will soon begin on a 6-story hotel on the site of the long-abandoned Eva complex. Total investment in the region is expected to exceed 100 million euros.
