Ultra-Modern Multifunctional Complex worth €80 million will be built in Limassol

Limassol continues to develop and strengthen its position as one of the most attractive urban centers in Cyprus. SolidVes Ltd. has confirmed this once again by announcing its plans to implement a large-scale project in the city: a modern multifunctional complex combining residential, office, and commercial spaces.

The architectural concept and purpose of the project

The developer recently submitted documents for review to the Cyprus Department of Environmental Protection. According to the press release, the project involves the comprehensive development of a site covering more than 14,700 square meters. The land is located in the Apostolos Andreas area. The estimated cost of the complex is €80 million. Construction will begin 30 months after all necessary permits have been obtained and will be completed within the same timeframe.

Designed to become a multifunctional urban hub, the new complex will combine comfortable housing, modern offices, retail space, recreational areas, and green spaces. It will consist of two main buildings — one residential and one office — each designed with functionality, environmental friendliness, and comfort for future residents and visitors in mind.

The residential block offers the comforts of city living.

The 13-floor residential building has apartments and a rooftop garden, which creates a sense of privacy and harmony in the heart of the metropolis. The ground floor will house shops, a reception area, and a spacious lounge. One floor above that is a mezzanine with additional retail space.

The residential building will include amenities such as a swimming pool, conference room, gym, yoga room, cafeteria, and common lounge. These features make the project particularly attractive to active residents and families.

Office Block: A New Generation of Workspace

The office building will be constructed with a focus on business functionality and ergonomics. It will have 13 floors of offices, exhibition areas, event space, a cafeteria, and a gym on the mezzanine.

The tenth floor will have a cafeteria for office staff, and the fifteenth floor will have a green terrace ideal for informal meetings, relaxation, and inspiration.

The building's eco-friendly approach and landscaping

The designers paid special attention to the environmental component. According to the plan, 2,637 m² of the territory will be allocated for public green spaces, and an additional 4,500 m² will be occupied by a private garden. All of these spaces will become part of the complex's wellness infrastructure, providing additional areas for walking and relaxation.

Implementing this project will significantly increase the area's investment attractiveness, create new attractions for residents and tourists, and provide modern solutions for business, trade, and living in one space. This project is another step toward transforming Limassol into a dynamic, sustainable city of the future.
