A new boutique hotel called Townhall will appear in the heart of Limassol, opposite the Town Hall.
On Monday, January 22, Heart Group submitted its new project to the Department of Environmental Protection for review.
According to the release, once a building license is obtained, the developer will begin renovating the 1960s-era building. The house will be modernized and converted into a unique chamber hotel with 16 executive suites. All rooms will be decorated in warm colors and furnished with beautiful furniture. The interior and equipment of the rooms of the boutique hotel will be characterized by the thoughtfulness of details and care for the comfort of guests.
For the convenience of residents in the hotel, there will be a restaurant, a cozy living room downstairs, and a lounge zone on the roof. High standards of service and personalized approach to each guest will be the feature of the hotel.
It should be noted that the project of Townhall Boutique Hotel was developed by Armeftis Partners & Associates Architects LLC. One of the most distinctive details of the new hotel will be a huge clock on the facade of the building.

Recall that earlier Heart Group opened Heart Hotels in the old city.
The boutique hotel is located in one of the old buildings on Zinonos Street, behind the church of Agia Triada. It offers a total of 12 comfortable rooms.
The building itself is very beautiful and has elements typical of mansions of the past: balconies with ornate railings, double wooden doors, large windows, rooms with high ceilings and a courtyard.
