On Friday, September 10, the Commission for Protection of Competition (PSC) approved the sale and purchase transaction and the transfer of Parklane Hotels Limited to Invel Real Estate Partners Three Ltd, Prodea Real Investment Company SA and Papabull Investments Ltd through MHV (Mediterranean Hospitality Venture Limited).
The new owners have applied to the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver to approve a new name for the hotel complex, Parklane Resort & Spa.
As you may know, Parklane Luxury Collection Resort & Spa is a five-star luxury hotel that opened its doors in the easternmost part of the tourist coast of Limassol in March 2019.
The resort hotel is a member of the recognized international hotel chain Marriott International Luxury Collection, an attractive vacation spot for absolutely any category of tourists, including couples with children.
Parklane Luxury Collection Resort & Spa is a five-star luxury hotel that opened its doors in the easternmost part of the tourist coast of Limassol in March 2019.
Parklane Hotels Limited includes:
- hotel complex Parklane, Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol
- a residential complex known as Park Tower, consisting of 20 housing units that are already rented out for long term rent
- four private land plots with a total area of 68,092 m2
- a 17,393 m2 coastal plot leased from the state until December 18, 2050.
The hotel offers its guests 274 comfortable and cozy rooms with modern design, as well as 1 indoor and 3 outdoor swimming pools along the long sandy beach. The hotel offers services for children, a treatment room and a spacious spa offering thalassotherapy. There are several restaurants and 2 bars on site. The hotel houses a hairdresser, business center and state-of-the-art gym, as well as 3 tennis courts.
The hotel is licensed by the Starwood EAME License and Services Company BVBA and is called Luxury Collection.
The PSC noted that the change in the owner of the hotel and the company will not affect the hotel's franchise.
