Residents of the Ria Court 63 complex in Larnaca have finally been able to register their apartment titles.
This announcement was made by the developer on Monday, 26 May.
Ria Court 63 is a modern, five-storey building consisting of ten luxurious apartments. All apartments are designed to provide residents with maximum comfort. Another advantage of the development is the high-quality technology and materials used in the building's construction.
As with the developer's other projects, Ria Court 63 was designed by a professional team of architects, engineers and interior designers. Apartments feature spacious living-dining rooms, large covered terraces, modern kitchens, two cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fifth floor comprises stunning penthouses with a roof garden. Each owner has a parking space and a storage room on the ground floor.

The developer emphasised that all Ria Court 63 apartment owners can register title deeds in their name.
To become a full owner, you must contact the Cyprus Land Department. You will need to bring your passport, signed purchase agreement and taxpayer identification number with you.
It is worth mentioning that having a separate title gives you the right to:
- The right to fully dispose of your property (sell, gift or inherit it).
- The possibility of obtaining a mortgage or loan secured by the apartment.
- Legal protection of property rights.
