The Department of Environment of Cyprus has granted a construction permit for the residential complex The Valley Collection. The project will be located within the administrative boundaries of the Anarita community in the Paphos district. The complex will include 20 detached houses and two apartment blocks. According to the environmental impact assessment submitted in 2024, the estimated cost of the project is €10 million. Construction works are expected to last approximately 4 years and 9 months. Once completed, the complex will accommodate around 214 permanent residents.
Key project details
Special attention in the project is given to environmental sustainability. Each detached house will be equipped with its own autonomous biological wastewater treatment system. The two apartment blocks, comprising 30 units in total, will be connected to a central biological wastewater treatment plant.
This solution fully complies with modern development requirements in rural areas where there is no central sewage system. The project is divided into three sections: Sector A includes 20 independent houses, Sector B is the first apartment building, and Sector C is the second apartment building.

Location
The development site is located in the Anarita community of the Paphos district. The land falls within planning zone H2, where residential development is the primary permitted use. This is a prestigious area just a few kilometers from Paphos, known for its tranquility and proximity to nature. Nearby vineyards and agricultural land create a countryside atmosphere while still offering relatively easy access to urban infrastructure.
Property features
Each detached house will be two stories high with a height of approximately 7 meters. The villas will feature 3 or 4 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, covered terraces, private green space, and private parking.
Six out of the 20 houses will include private swimming pools measuring approximately 3.5 by 7 meters with a depth of 1.4 meters. The area of each house will range from 167 m² to 188 m². All 20 houses are designed to accommodate approximately 128 residents.
The apartment buildings will be two stories high with a height of about 8.3 meters. The first building will contain 16 apartments, while the second will have 14 units. Apartment sizes will range from 35 m² to 100 m². Together, the two buildings are designed to accommodate 86 residents.
In total, the complex will include 62 parking spaces — 50 for residents and 12 for guests. The Valley Collection will become one of the largest new residential developments in Anarita in recent years. It is designed for both families with children and those seeking a quiet place for permanent living near Paphos. The nearest schools, supermarkets, and medical centers are located within a 10–15 minute drive.
