The Municipality of Paphos is implementing a project that aims at the fast and easy service of the citizens with the construction of the Citizens' Service Center.
According to a relevant announcement, today, the Tender for the construction of the Citizens' Service Center was announced, in the parking lot of the "Stelios Kyriakidis" Stadium, with an estimated cost of €320 000 plus VAT and a project execution period of 7 months.
As mentioned, in this innovative Center, citizens will be able to process easily and quickly, without any parking problem and with the use of digital technologies, more than 40 cases, such as bill payment, payment of taxes, fees and out-of-court fees, health certificates , receipt of town planning permits, issuance and receipt of dog ownership permits, drink and sound permits, submission of objections and complaints, issuance and receipt of various certificates and many other cases.
Apart from the citizens of Paphos, the Center will also serve the residents of the areas that participate in SAPA, since the said Center will include for the purpose of serving the public and services of the Paphos Sewerage Council. The Center will also be able to serve the citizens of the Local Authorities who will merge with the Municipality of Paphos in the context of the reform for Local Government, when it is voted.
The terms of the Tender are posted on the electronic system of the General Accounting Office of the Republic eprocurement.gov.cy and the bids must be submitted electronically to this system by Monday 5 October 2020 at 12:00 PM.
