Ask Wire has published a report on expensive property sales in Cyprus. It highlights the biggest deals in March 2024.
The most expensive property was sold in Limassol – an office complex in Germasogeia worth €28m.
Moreover, this city of Cyprus led in March in terms of the number of expensive property sales. Limassol accounted for 4 out of 10 transactions, with a total value of 36.1 million euros. These included a commercial high-rise and a house.

- A plot of land for €2.85 million.
- A flat for €1.9 million.
In Nicosia, a warehouse for €2.4m and a villa for €1.8m were sold in March. In Larnaca: a plot of land for €2.3m and a villa for €1.47m. In Paphos: a building for €2.7m and a plot of land for €1.46m.
In March 2024, about 50 objects were sold in Cyprus, costing from 500 thousand euros. The total amount was more than 78 million euros.
55.1% of the value of these sales was accounted for by the 10 most expensive properties sold in Limassol, followed by Paphos (13.6%), Nicosia (13.3%), Larnaca (11.1%) and Famagusta (6.8%). The ten most expensive properties in Limassol cost €43m, in Paphos €10.6m, in Larnaca €8.7m, in Nicosia €10.3m and in the free areas of Famagusta €5.3m.
