Consulting company Ask WiRE conducted a new study, in which it analyzed sales of luxury real estate in Cyprus and identified the ten largest property deals concluded in June 2023.
As it turned out, the most expensive property sold last month was a commercial building in Limassol worth 12 million euros. Additionally, in the same city, a sales contract for an office worth 2.3 million euros was also signed.
Leading in the number of luxury real estate deals concluded in June 2023 was Larnaca. In the coastal city, four properties were sold for a total of 13.75 million euros, including 3 plots of land and a land parcel.
Two more expensive properties were sold in the free areas of Famagusta – a hotel for 3.28 million euros and tourist apartments for 2.1 million euros. In Nicosia, a mixed-use building was sold for 2.32 million euros, and in Paphos, plots of land were sold for 3.3 million euros.
Interestingly, in June 2023, 50 properties were sold in Cyprus, with prices starting from 1 million euros.
The total value of these sales exceeded 79 million euros, with almost 60% of the total value attributed to 20 properties in Limassol (32%) and Larnaca (25%).
The combined value of the ten most expensive properties in Limassol in June 2023 was 25.65 million euros, in Larnaca – 19.7 million euros, in Nicosia – 13.45 million euros, in Paphos – 11.8 million euros, and in the free areas of Famagusta – 8.5 million euros.
