The consulting company Ask WiRE conducted a new study in which it analyzed luxury real estate sales in Cyprus and highlighted the ten most significant property deals that were concluded in July 2023.
As it turned out, the most expensive property last month was sold in the Larnaca district - a plot of land worth 3.5 million euros. Additionally, in the same district, a sales contract was also signed for a field worth 2.3 million euros.
Leading in the number of luxury real estate transactions in July 2023 was Paphos. In this city, three properties were sold for a total of 6.2 million euros. Among them were a field, a land plot, and a house.
Two more high-value properties were sold in Limassol - a house for 2.9 million euros and a field for 1.8 million euros. In the free areas of Famagusta, two deals were made in July 2023 for the sale of expensive houses - for 1.9 million euros and 1.2 million euros respectively. Additionally, in Nicosia, a land plot was sold for 1.9 million euros.

Interestingly, in July 2023, 50 properties were sold in Cyprus, with prices starting from 1 million euros.
Their total value amounted to 47.5 million euros. Over 50% of the value of these sales was accounted for by Limassol and Larnaca. The combined value of the ten most expensive real estate properties in Limassol in July 2023 was 12.6 million euros, in Larnaca - 11.8 million euros, in Nicosia - 7.5 million euros, in Paphos - 11 million euros, and in the free areas of Famagusta - 4.8 million euros.
