A new high-rise building called The Legacy will appear in the capital of Cyprus.
The 20-story tower will be built by Tsentas Developers.
According to the release, the innovative skyscraper will be erected in the very center of the city. According to the developer, the location of the project played a decisive role in the formation of the design concept. The skyscraper project belongs to the award-winning architectural firm Gr G Patsalosavvis Architecture+Design LLC.
The building will feature ultra-modern residences with a plethora of amenities.
Interested buyers will be offered a choice of 1-,2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as luxury penthouses. Including 3-level apartments on the top floors with private elevator, roof garden and heated swimming pool. All residences will be luxuriously furnished and equipped with premium appliances.
On the first floor, residents of the high-rise will be greeted by an impressive lobby where they will be able to relax in a versatile space that will function as a cozy café during the day and a lounge bar in the evening.
