One of the largest and most ambitious construction projects in recent years is nearing completion in Nicosia. The newly renovated 5-star hotel The Landmark Nicosia, owned by MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture, has recently opened its doors to guests. In the coming months, the phased handover of office spaces and luxury apartments in the two high-rise towers on the premises will begin.
According to the management company, demand for renting and purchasing real estate in the project has exceeded expectations: more than half of the available units have already found owners or tenants. Interest is coming from major corporations as well as private investors from Cyprus and abroad.
The Landmark Offices: A New Peak in Corporate Real Estate
The Landmark Offices tower has become the largest building of its kind in Nicosia. The 16-storey skyscraper, with each floor offering around 1,250 m², features modern infrastructure, flexible layouts, and high safety standards.
The building is certified LEED Gold, making it one of the most environmentally friendly and technologically advanced business centers in the country. Multi-level underground parking, 24/7 access, intelligent management systems, and enhanced security create a corporate environment of global standards.
About half of the floors have already been leased, and companies may either rent or purchase entire floors — particularly those between the first and fifth levels. The official handover of office spaces will begin in January 2026. Each company will have the option to design the interior layout to suit its operational model.

The Landmark Residences: A Symbol of Premium Living in Nicosia
The adjacent 17-storey residential tower, The Landmark Residences, will be fully completed and handed over to owners in the first half of 2026. The project comprises 54 ultra-modern residences of various layouts, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to spacious three-bedroom units. A highlight of the development is the three exclusive Sky Villas with private pools and garden terraces.
Each apartment is designed to offer panoramic views of Nicosia and maximum comfort through carefully planned layouts. The complex also features more than 10,000 m² of green areas, providing an atmosphere of privacy and high-end urban living.
Residents will enjoy 24-hour security, concierge services, professional building management, modern underground parking, and smart-home technology. Approximately 60% of the apartments have already been sold, with strong interest from both Cypriots and international buyers who see Nicosia as a promising investment market.
A Unique Range of Amenities — Just Steps from The Landmark
One of the key advantages of the project is its direct proximity to The Landmark Nicosia hotel. Office tenants and residence owners will be able to enjoy the hotel’s full range of services, including fine-dining restaurants, a SPA center, a gym, and other amenities in line with a 5-star standard.
Thanks to this, The Landmark is creating an entirely new benchmark for urban living — a blend of business, luxury housing, leisure, and premium infrastructure in the very heart of the capital.
