In Larnaca, construction of the upscale residential complex 'Plus 21 Roy Terraces' is proceeding at a brisk pace.
Recently, the development company shared fresh photos from the construction site and stated that the work is progressing according to the established schedule. It is expected that the first owners will receive the keys to their apartments in the first half of 2024.
As a reminder, this modern 7-story building is being erected at the intersection of Goethe and Franz Schubert streets, approximately 350 meters east of Larnaca Salt Lake, 800 meters north of the airport, and just 80 meters from the sea and Mackenzie Beach. The complex will consist of two blocks, each housing 37 apartments, including 9 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom, and 8 three-bedroom units. All apartments will feature convenient and spacious layouts, modern, stylish, yet minimalist interiors.
For the convenience of the owners, Plus 21 Roy Terraces will offer a spacious underground parking facility with 37 parking spaces and a communal pool with a relaxation area. Each apartment will come with an attached parking space and a storage room on the ground floor. Additionally, ground-floor apartments will have private gardens, while penthouses will boast private lounge areas and pools.
The total construction area will span 2,296 square meters.
The building will hold an energy efficiency class A certificate, and photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roofs to generate renewable energy. This means that owners will be able to significantly reduce their electricity consumption.
Key advantages of the apartments at Plus 21 Roy Terraces include:
- Generous floor space
