Following a complete renovation, the iconic Pendeli Hotel in the scenic mountain village of Platres is set to welcome its first guests in June 2025.
The announcement was made on Wednesday, May 28, by Property Gallery, the company responsible for the refurbishment of this historic tourist destination.
The 4-star hotel will offer 82 spacious rooms and a wide range of upscale amenities:

– Outdoor swimming pool with stunning views of the surrounding landscape
– Modern spa and wellness center
– Fully equipped fitness gym
– Conference halls
– Children’s play area
– Underground parking
According to the developers, the hotel’s new design reflects the natural harmony of the Troodos Mountains.
The interiors are crafted using natural materials such as Cypriot stone, solid wood, and premium marble. The refined simplicity is complemented by exclusive furnishings from renowned global brands like Ralph Lauren, Gianfranco Frattini, Casa Milano, Tacchini Italia, and Linteloo.
The crown jewel of the hotel is the Presidential Suite, where every detail has been carefully curated — from handcrafted furniture and marble finishes to luxurious Roberto Cavalli wallpapers. It’s more than just a room — it’s a sanctuary of serene elegance and comfort.
The resort’s operations will be managed by the experienced George Tsanos Group, which is currently actively recruiting staff in preparation for the grand opening.
