Thus, a new high-rise office building called The Great Ocean Building will be constructed in Limassol.
According to the release, the height of the commercial facility will be 80.9 m: a lobby, a gym and a cafeteria on the ground floor, a spacious parking lot on the first six levels, modern offices on other floors. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the building to produce electricity from renewable energy sources. The area around the building will be landscaped. There will also be an underground parking.
The main goal of the new project is to cover part of the labor and commercial needs of the Limassol district. The project will create new jobs and further develop the area.
The cost of the project is estimated at 10 million euros. The project implementation period is 2.5 years.
