On Saturday, April 6, on the territory of a unique residential complex Art Square in Limassol, a large-scale event was held. Besides the employees and partners of the developer, hundreds of children, their parents, and teachers from the largest schools in the city participated. Some Italian stars, and street artist Francesco Camillo Giorgino, better known in the world of street art under the pseudonym MILLO also participated in the event.
As part of the celebration, all guests had the opportunity to enjoy an impressive exhibition of paintings. Many of them were created as part of master classes that MILLO gave to children back in February this year at Art Square. Remarkably, the developer has preserved and exhibited all the canvases, without exception, that students from local schools painted under the guidance of the famous street art artist. However, the pearl of the exhibition was, of course, the murals of MILLO himself, decorating the 6-story walls of the new residential complex.
Let us remind you that Art Square is a modern project consisting of four 6-storey buildings composed in such a way that inside there is a large private space exclusively for the residents.
Two entrances with fountains will lead to the territory of the closed and guarded complex, located opposite each other and connected by a walkway. It will be equipped with an artificial river and a dense green garden with benches for relaxation or remote work in the fresh air.
In the center on one side of the "river" will be located a children's playground and an outdoor exercise area for adults, and on the other side - a swimming pool and recreation area under awnings. Each of the residential blocks will have its underground parking lot and green island.
Inside the buildings there are public areas: these are places for meetings and parties, a hall for yoga, table tennis, dancing and other sports. It is worth taking into account that the complex has energy efficiency class A, which is facilitated by solar panels installed on the roofs of the blocks. This allows to keep the environment clean and reduce the cost of utilities.
By the way, attention to detail in the architecture and internal infrastructure of the complex, as well as spacious and ergonomic apartment layouts favorably distinguish Art Square from all other projects in Limassol.
