Shopaholics in Limassol will be happier, as the first H&M store should appear in Limassol in the near future.
The exact date of its opening has recently become known. As it turned out, the store will open its doors in the very heart of the city, on Anexartisias Street, on November 18, 2021.
The Swedish clothing, accessories and footwear chain will share the former ESEL shopping center with the Limassol Brown Hotel.
H&M Limassol will occupy 1,940 m2 on three floors - basement, plinth and mezzanine. It will operate seven days a week (Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 21:00, and on weekends from 10:00 to 20:00).
As for the Limassol Brown boutique hotel, it will be commissioned by the end of 2022.
It will have 120 rooms. The project is being implemented by Prosperity in collaboration with the international hotel chain Brown.
It is worth noting that Prosperity has carried out a complete renovation of the ESEL center. Among other things, the building also features a bar with panoramic views of the city, pool and roof garden. The total area of the project is 18 189 m2.
We must admit that thanks to the opening of a new boutique hotel and the H&M store, the value of properties on Anexartisias Street will increase significantly.
