Construction of the first phase of the Limassol Greens residential complex in Limassol has been completed. On Monday 15 September, the developer announced that the keys to the luxury properties had been handed over to their new owners.
A total of 52 modern apartments in the Robin East and Robin West blocks, as well as 22 luxury villas with two to five bedrooms, have been completed. This event marks the project's transition from design to implementation, establishing a new concept of comfortable, sustainable living in western Limassol.
Apartments with panoramic views
The Robin Apartments are located in the centre of the resort and are the only mid-rise buildings in the first phase of Limassol Greens. They are distinguished by their panoramic views of the international-level golf course, nature reserves and the Mediterranean Sea. The two elegant buildings each contain 26 apartments with spacious terraces, smooth transitions from interior to outdoor spaces and high-quality finishes. For residents' convenience, there are underground parking spaces with private storage rooms, well-maintained communal areas, private gardens for ground-floor apartments and modern swimming pools.
Luxury villas for living and investing
Alongside the apartments, construction of the villas has been completed to appeal to a range of buyers, from young couples to large families and foreign investors. These 2–5-bedroom mansions are designed to maximise light and space with flexible layouts. Each building has spacious verandas, a private pool and a landscaped garden. The thoughtful architecture ensures maximum privacy and reflects the philosophy of low-density development.

Eco-friendly project
The Limassol Greens project covers an area of 1.4 million square metres, over 70% of which is designated for green spaces and recreation areas. This complex combines low-density development, premium infrastructure, and long-lasting architectural solutions. In Cyprus's dynamic real estate market, Limassol Greens is a prime example of a long-term approach, sustainability and reliability.
Sales and investor interest
To date, total sales of homes in Limassol Greens have exceeded €100 million. Buyers include both end users and long-term investors, including foreigners. They are attracted not only by the complex's modern style and architectural solutions, but also by the developer's impeccable reputation, its commitment to international sustainability standards, and the project's high reliability.
